The Jury

Lise Harlev is a new member of the Picture Berlin jury.


Lise Harlev is a Danish artist based in Berlin. She studied at the Städelschule, Frankfurt/Main, Germany and The Royal Danish Art Academy, Copenhagen, Denmark, where she graduated in 2002.


Harlev's work has been included in exhibitions such as Manifesta 4 (Frankfurt/M, Germany, 2002), I don't always agree, Galleria Maze (Turin, Italy, 2005), This Land is My Land, Kunsthalle Nürnberg (Nürnburg, Germany, 2006), I (ich)/Performative Ontology, Secession (Vienna, Austria, 2006), Translations Paradoxes and Misunderstandings, Shedhalle (Zurich, Switzerland, 2009) and Liquid Frontiers, Tri Postal (Lille, France, 2009). She is also a jury member for the Szpilman Award.
